Testimonials
Jackie is one of the rare individuals who has the most wonderful sense of peace and calm about her. Her naturally compassionate nature has translated beautifully to the way she teaches about raw foods. She has a great take on the best way to transition, she really walks her talk.
At the age of 69 and suffering from digestive and abdominal problems I realised that a new programme of self help was required. While living in Salisbury for four years I had enjoyed and benefited from yoga classes taken by the lovely Jackie. Five years later I contacted her again after making a chance discovery of her rawcoach website.
Jackie has coaxed me gently into realising the benefits of a raw food diet. With her friendly sympathetic guidance I have now adopted my own personal vegetarian / partly raw food regime. The difference is amazing. After only a few weeks my digestive system is working well, my energy levels have returned and I am sleeping through the night without medication and without pain.
I know I can rely on Jackie for help and support as I embark on this exciting journey. Whether your health problems are mild or of a more serious nature I have no hesitation in recommending that you enlist Jackie’s help. You will find a genuine, compassionate mentor whose knowledge is profound and whose enthusiasm for the raw food diet is contagious.
“You are what you eat” is Jackie Lynch’s philosophy. Jackie, herself a picture of health and vitality, can guide us towards a better understanding of what our body needs to improve health, maintain optimum health or to fight against illness or degenerative diseases. Jackie takes us on a journey, based on her own knowledge and personal experience, explaining in quite simple terms how different foods affect the body and ultimately the mind. As she guides us, she readily listens to and answers any questions we may have. The route she takes us on is amazingly uncomplicated and easy to follow but at the end she will bring us back to the crossroads and leave the decision in our hands as to where and how far we wish to go. I am sure that most people who have listened to Jackie will decide to take a few steps, if not many, along a clear path to better health. I, myself, being one of those people.
I have known Jackie for more than 12 years as a Yoga teacher and friend. Her support and enthusiasm can kindle the spark for change in the least likely students! We are encouraged to be self aware, accept ourselves at whatever stage we are at, and do an exercise to the best of our present ability.
As a Raw Food Coach, Jackie explains how she changed her own eating patterns from an all-inclusive cooked, meat, dairy, grain and vegetable diet, to eating only uncooked and dehydrated ingredients, as she does today. She goes into the artificial nature of consuming dairy products, and how she gradually progressed from vegetarian to raw.
Jackie feels that her new diet has given her such benefit, that she wants to pass this on to others. She demonstrates: what equipment is needed, what her everyday meals consist of, how quick and easy they are to prepare and what sumptuous party banquets can be created. She uses real fruit, wheat grass and vegetables for her talks, as well as photographs and tasty examples of sweets and snacks, that she made earlier, (which I for one, could not stop nibbling!)
Her sensible down to earth approach enables others to start with small steps. Jackie is willing to go through the whole preparation of a meal, from start to finish including eating it at the end, if that would be helpful for a small group.
I have known Jackie for about 8 years. I feel she is a good listener, caring, non-judgemental, and generous with her knowledge and time. She is passionate about her own learning and about supporting others with theirs. She understands the potential struggles involved in trying to make changes in our lives, and is able to offer practical as well as emotional support. She gives explanations which are clear and accessible, and which are built upon her own experiences and careful observations. She is a really good person to have in your corner.
I have known Jackie for more than 20 years as a yoga teacher and friend. She has a lovely warm personality, is a good listener and can empathise. Her enthusiasm and realistic approach to life help change ones habits of a lifetime.
Jackie has been an inspirational teacher over the years I have been in her classes. Her teaching has developed and she has shared her knowledge allowing people of all levels of understanding to benefit .We all take away something from the classes that is meaningful to us as individuals.
Jackie has encouraged a change in my attitude to diet and exercise by light-hearted anecdotes and demonstrations. I have set myself targets to aim for which have prompted easy successes and no guilt trips!
I think that I have taken on most of the learning gradually- so that’s more gentle than most approaches............that’s why it has worked. It all makes sense!!!!!!!!!
